Higher Accuracy, Smarter 1099s & W-2s, More Integrations

Two major launches go live August 18 across K1 Aggregator and Aggregator Plus. 990 Tracker updates are in active development — details below.

Recent Updates

Improved State K-1 Extraction Is Here. Whitepaper Accuracy Is Up.

As part of our continuous drive for the highest levels of accuracy, this release expands state K-1 extraction to 50 forms across 42 states — including source income lines 1–20 and state taxes for the first time — and delivers significant accuracy improvements to K-1 Footnotes, 199A, UBI, 926, and K-3 Footnotes. If your team has been manually correcting extraction gaps after every upload, that loop gets a lot shorter starting August 18.

Aggregator Plus® – Major 1099 and W-2 extraction upgrade

The newly rebuilt 1099 and W-2 module now  covers Brokerage Statements, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, and 1099-B.

And new Reconciliation Diagnostics confirm extracted values reconcile before your data moves downstream — a step no competing tool currently takes.

On the Horizon

Q4 2026

Master Schedule R coming soon to 990 Tracker. No Separate Tool Required.

990 Tracker will be adding Master Schedule R functionality to simplify data entry for related organizations and unrelated organizations transactions. This means you will be able to enter the data one time into Master Schedule R and it will automatically flow to the related organizations. Accounting firms, foundations, endowments, and healthcare systems managing related-entity complexity can handle it all in one place, without the manual handoffs and multiple entries of the same data.
